The Muss34 project commission was born when our client decided to contact us to explore the possibility of renovating their home.

The house is located in a residential neighbourhood on the outskirts of Palma de Mallorca, in a 2-storey building.

The basic functional layout for a family of four didn’t change, but we proposed a design that switched up the layout of the main rooms, keeping them in the same position while reorganising them internally. The designed aimed to create a new, more open and functional layout, the main requirement of the client when hiring us.

This design is an example of a renovation that attempts to adapt to society’s new needs, which showcases the qualities of the space and ultimately creates a more harmonious and dynamic home.
